Have you wanted to rid your home of the store bought anti-bacterial soap filled with various disruptors to your body's systems? Now you can have a soap that not only smells great, but is also great for your body!
Did you know that the word "fragrance" on a label can contain up to 300 non-disclosed toxins! This peppermint foaming hand soap is non-toxic, easy to make, and perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients
- 1/4 parts plain castile soap
- 3/4 parts distilled water
- 6 drops peppermint essential oil (I use Young Living's therapeutic grade)
- 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil (Olive oil, fractionated coconut, sweet almond, jojoba, etc.)
- A foaming soap dispenser Note that plastic is fine to use, but if you ever make foaming soap with citrus oils, make sure to store in a glass container.
Directions
Pour the castile soap and carrier oil into the dispenser. Add drops of essential oil, and add the water. Mix and screw on the top. That’s IT!
